From: Ricard Pratt.
To: John Newman.
Dear sir,
I am writing to you this letter because I need a job of a wines speccialist. I need this job because a few days ago I hada job on a restaurant as a chef but it wasn't my type of job so I resigned.
I think that I will be good working as a wine's specially because I was a famous gourmet. I was president of a small society known as the Epicures, and each month I circulated privatelly to its members a pamphlet on food and wines. I organized dinners where sumptuous dishes and rare wines were served. In summary, I know all type of wines and I know were and how to find the bests grapes to do it.
I hope you acept and thanks for reading my letter. Please think on it...
...Sincerily, Richard Pratt.
